HT City Imagine Fest

Yashika Sugandh participated in HT City Imagine Fest 2019, a vibrant two-day cultural celebration held at PSOI Club, Nehru Park, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, on February 23-24, 2019. The festival positioned itself as a platform for attainable art, showcasing original works from young and emerging artists alongside established galleries, making contemporary Indian art accessible to a broader audience.

The second edition of this multidisciplinary festival brought together art galleries and artists from across the country, creating a dynamic environment where visual arts intersected with music, theatre, and inspirational talks. Participating galleries included Easel Stories Art Gallery, MATI, Latitude 28, and ArtBuzz Studios, among others, offering artworks ranging from INR 5,000 to two lakh. The festival featured curated art walks led by renowned connoisseurs, performance art, live caricature sessions, and interactive workshops for both children and adults.

Sugandh’s participation in this cultural gathering reflected her commitment to engaging with diverse audiences and contributing to the growing discourse around accessible contemporary art in India. The festival’s emphasis on emerging voices and affordable art aligned with broader efforts to democratise art appreciation and collection, offering visitors the opportunity to discover new artistic perspectives within an inclusive, celebratory atmosphere.
